My washer won't drain. What causes that?
A blocked pump filter, a failed drain pump, a kinked drain hose or a lid or door lock that won't confirm closed. The diagnostic finds which one.
Do you repair front-load and top-load washers?

Can you fix my dryer on the same visit?
