A Monogram Kitchen Ages Together
In Summerlin, Southern Highlands and MacDonald Highlands, Monogram often went in as a full suite: refrigerator, range, wall oven, dishwasher and an ice maker or wine reserve, all in the same build. Those appliances share the same heat, the same hard water and the same power hits, so they tend to need service in the same few years. When our tech is in for one, they can look at the others on the same visit, and you get a price for each before anything is touched.
What Usually Fails, Appliance by Appliance
Refrigerators. Monogram built-ins and fully integrated columns fail most often at the evaporator fan, defrost parts, sensors or the main control. Condenser grilles in valley kitchens collect fine dust fast, and a clogged grille makes the compressor run long and hot through a Las Vegas summer. Sealed-system failures happen less often, and we repair those too.
Ranges and rangetops. On Monogram pro ranges, burners depend on the spark module and electrodes to light, and the oven depends on its igniter and gas valve. Grease, spills and years of heavy use wear the ignition side. Gas parts are priced only after a proper diagnostic.
Wall ovens and speed ovens. Built into warm cabinetry, these units lean hard on their cooling fans and control boards. Monsoon power surges add stress. Elements, temperature sensors and convection fan motors round out the usual list.
Dishwashers. Very hard water is the big one here. Scale builds in pumps, valves and spray arms, and the drain pump takes the worst of it. Leaks usually trace to a worn seal or a pump, not the tub itself.
Wine reserves and ice makers. Both cool in tight, enclosed spaces, often in a bar, an island or an outdoor kitchen. Heat and dust wear fans and sensors. Clear-ice makers also run on our hard water, so scale in the water path is a common cause of slow or cloudy ice.

Repair or replace?
For most Monogram appliances, repair. They're built in, panel-matched and sized to their openings, so a replacement brings new panels, trim and installation on top of the unit price. A fan, igniter, pump or board repair is a fraction of that. The exception is a much older refrigerator with a failed sealed system, or an appliance with several major failures at once. Then we lay out both numbers and you decide.
How the $179 diagnostic works

Monogram Appliance Repair FAQ
Are you factory authorized?
No. Tuffix Pro is an independent repair service, not affiliated with Monogram or its parent company, GE Appliances.
Do you repair every Monogram appliance in my kitchen?
Yes: built-in and column refrigerators, pro ranges and rangetops, wall and speed ovens, dishwashers, wine reserves and undercounter ice makers.
Is Monogram the same as GE?
Monogram is the luxury line from GE Appliances. Its units are built in and panel-ready far more often than standard GE models, so we treat them as premium work, with the $179 diagnostic.
My Monogram clear-ice maker slowed down or stopped. Is it worth fixing?
Usually. Hard water scale, a fan or a sensor is the common cause here. Ice maker repairs typically run $350–$1,200, and the diagnostic sets the exact price.
Can your tech look at more than one Monogram appliance on the same visit?
Yes. Tell us when you book. Each appliance gets its own diagnosis and its own flat price before any work starts.
What does the $179 diagnostic cover?
Our tech finding the actual cause and giving you a flat repair price. Go ahead and the $179 comes off the repair; cancel with 24+ hours' notice and it's refunded.
