Why is my ice maker making small or hollow cubes?
Usually the ice maker isn't getting enough water: a clogged filter, a scaled-up inlet valve screen, or low supply pressure. Hard Las Vegas water makes this common.
My fridge works but there's no ice. Do I need a new ice maker?
