Labor Guarantee
90-day labor guarantee: if the same problem comes back within 90 days, call us and we come back and fix it free. The guarantee requires that we get the chance to come back first. If another company works on the appliance before we return, the guarantee no longer applies. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty.
Diagnostic Fee, Refunds & Cancellations
The diagnostic fee ($89 for standard brands; $179 for Sub-Zero, Wolf, Thermador, Viking, Miele and Monogram) is credited toward your repair if you go ahead.
The diagnostic fee is refundable when you cancel with 24+ hours' notice. It is non-refundable for a late cancellation (less than 24 hours before your arrival window) or a no-show.
