What is the Kitchen Care plan?
A yearly membership from Tuffix Pro: one visit a year where our tech services every kitchen and laundry appliance in the house, plus every diagnostic fee waived for 12 months, priority scheduling and a 1-year labor guarantee on member repairs. $499 a year for standard brands, $899 for Sub-Zero, Wolf, Thermador, Viking, Miele and Monogram homes.

What the Tune-Up Visit Covers
- Refrigerator and freezer: condenser coil and fan service, door gasket check, temperature check in both compartments
- Ice maker: descale and water-line service, so hard-water scale does not shut it down in July
- Dishwasher: drain, filter and spray-arm service, door seal check
- Washer: drain pump and hose check, gasket inspection
- Dryer: vent and lint path service (wall vents), heat and airflow check
- Oven and range: burner and igniter cleaning, temperature check
- Built-ins (Premium): sealed-system temperature and pressure check, door closer and hinge adjustment
Why a Plan Pays in Las Vegas

Repair or replace?
Kitchen Care is for homes where the appliances are worth keeping: anything built in, panel-ready, or under ten years old. If an appliance is at the end of its life, we say so at the tune-up and you decide, with no pressure to repair it.

Kitchen Care FAQ
Is the tune-up visit a diagnostic?
No. It is service work on every appliance, done whether or not anything is wrong. If the tech finds a fault, you get a flat repair price on the spot, with the diagnostic already waived.
Does the plan cover repair costs?
No. It covers the yearly tune-up, waives every diagnostic fee, gives parts discounts and priority scheduling, and extends the labor guarantee to one year. Repairs are priced flat, per job, approved by you first.
Which brands are Premium?
Sub-Zero, Wolf, Thermador, Viking, Miele and Monogram. A home with one of these takes the Premium plan, which includes the built-in sealed-system check.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. On a yearly plan the unused months are refunded. Monthly plans stop at the end of the month.
Do you offer the plan to property managers?
Yes. $240 per door per year, 5 doors minimum, one dispatch contact. Call and ask for Mike.
