In Paradise homes
A lot of Paradise laundry is stacked in a closet or a condo alcove. The tech pulls the unit, diagnoses it and puts it back on the same visit. If you rent, you get one flat price to send your landlord before approving anything.
Paradise has some of the oldest housing in the valley, including mid-century homes in Paradise Palms, plus a lot of condos and rentals. We work with owners and tenants alike, and you get the cause and one flat price before anything is approved, which makes it easy to loop in a landlord.

Paradise sits low in the valley and holds the summer heat late into the evening, and much of the laundry here is in a closet or a condo alcove with very little airflow.
